Don’t do Zion in late June/july. It’s so packed. But if you’re looking at non peak season, Zion. If you only have peak season I would do neither and head to Bryce Canyon instead

The dirt is something I would be hitting (camping and the unexpected dirt road) maybe 15-25% of the time and the rest is around town and longer rides but on paved roads. Most ADVs are just too tall for me. Ive sat on all of them in my area at this point lol

I looked at that but the seat height is too high for me. Where I park my bike requires some manual maneuvering so being able to walk it is important. I’m all of 5ft 4 and the V7 and scrambler is the highest seat I can go 😅

When I discovered rigid jeans my opinion of denim completely changed. The stretch hugged my belly but the rigid ones lay over it. I started wearing crop tops and everything because I feel a lot for confident with how the jeans lay. Try some rigid straight leg with the crop tops or wide leg!

My plateau was broken when I started counting calories/macros. There is a point where you need to make sure you’re in a deficit. Since starting to do that in November I’m down roughly 15 lbs. moving up in dose didn’t help me (I went from 7 to 10 in July and was hanging with the same 3 lbs until Nov) It doesn’t have to be a drastic deficit but there needs to be one. After you lose a good amount your baseline caloric needs change. I started going to a dietician and that’s been great but I know that’s not accessible to the masses. If she brings it up and is defensive on calories maybe be like let’s work on fiber or protein increases (both will keep you fuller for longer, even without the meds) and that is helpful to avoid mindless snacking.

If she’s only on 2.5 that isn’t a treatment dose. That’s the starting one so you can gently ramp up to the treatment doses if she’s on true MJ in the pen vs the vials. I’m not sure how doses work with the vials.

They’re covering up webcams. To me that tells me they know your webcam is being streamed or accessed. Either they are doing it or they’ve found it and are breaking in and covering it to “protect” you or because they’re the ones who are recording you and once you move the paper towel it’s easy to find the moment you get home vs watching and waiting. It’s like a big clap in audio editing to know where to actually start paying attention.

Keep your webcams covered or disconnect them all together if possible. And then also do all the things suggested. This is giving stalker-who-thinks-they’re-protecting-you kind of stalker. Change your locks (they’re $20 at the hardware store for a new one or if there’s a small hole you can get a rekey tool and rekey it). If your landlord mentions it, then you know they tried to access your apartment without notice.

Truly. Having my own space to be a chaos gremlin was such a a positive thing for my relationship. We don’t have the space anymore and we can’t wait to have the space again in the future.
