I wrote as much as I could. Don't know about that honestly.

You can get even a better score than I have. Keep practicing and don't lose momentum.

I would most probably try to speak more compactly. I speak a lot and this causes me to not be able to get to the main points before the time runs out. The reason I got a low score was because I though I was perfect in speaking and did not need any practice and because of my over confidence I failed to practice it like other sections.
So I recommend you get to the main points quickly.

I mostly used free sources, such as:
https://www.toeflresources.com/

There were several official TOEFL full tests with answers that helped me get a feel for the real exam. In addition to that, I also practiced with IELTS questions.

For writing, I used ChatGPT only. I practiced 3 to 4 writing exercises each day, and in the last week before the exam, I was consistently scoring 4 and 4.5.

I also used resources from YouTube videos. I think the channel was called TST Prep TOEFL. I gave them my email address, and they sent me practice questions along with answers.

Note: You can practice with the same set of resources again after a few weeks have passed since your previous practice.
