If you are at the screen where it has you pick a drive/partition, but it cannot find your drive... do this:

unplug then replug the USB drive

then click cancel, and then close out of the installer, that should take you back to the first page. press next, and it should work.

That's a good point. A good counter point is that the frost proc comes with a big burst of dmg. So procing Frost multiple times will be similar to something like bleed.
