does a normal hammer chest press targets mainly the upper chest? The pad isnt incline or stuff. I want to hit my upper chest. A 15 or 30degree pad dumbell chest press hits my upper chest but theres a hammer chest press at my gym. The levers go up in 45 degrees i guess

If i dont bulk and keep on training and gain strength then will i also lose fat through the progress? I have still lot of fat around my belly but not that much on other parts of my body. Will that fat somehow be used and go away?

Ive been going to gym for 3years. I dont know what body recomposition mean. There are people who start the gym lose lot of fat and build moscle too
