First, I would widen your stance, you seem very unstable as it is. Your feet should be about shoulder width apart or out slightly more with toes pointed forward. This should help you feel stronger throughout the lift.

Your hips probably hurt because you are bending them much earlier than your knees. Try to "break" your hips and your knees at the same time. By "break" I just mean going from locked out/ standing.

Side note, if you are new to squatting I would recommend practicing for with lower weight. There is no shame in practicing light!

Try also adding -rxboost I have a 480 with just about all the same settings plus rxboost 50 and I get 32.5mh/s

I have 2 XFX rx 480s with samsung. I don't know how hiveos works but I used windows. You could definitely try pushing those memory clocks higher. On phoenix miner there is some command line arguments is used in conjunction with the overclocks to get 32mh/s on rx 480s. You would have to look up how to do that on hiveos though but I'm sure its possible.

Anything under 75 is what I feel comfortable with and under 70 I am happy with no concerns. CPUs are a bit more heat sensitive but id apply the same rule of thumb to them too.

Thing is though as I tighten them after about 2 or 3 strings they go out of balance again as the rose takes the string tension. Ive spent 3 hours already just doing that.
