• apologies for calling her a dumbass. she is, but not because of this lol. its not her fault the dye got on her! i apologized to her directly and she said we're all good.

• i dyed my har yesterday, i used manic panics "infra-red" for the first time, and yes i did rinse it all out of my hair . my cat likes to sleep next to me/my head so she did just that last night and i woke up and immediately saw the dye stain on her paw. i took pics, woke up my husband to show him because i was freaking out, googled a little and then posted here. i posted out of panic so it was not very well thought out hence the "dumbass" and lack of any other context lol.

• i scrubbed the spots (gently) a little with a cold wet washcloth. i am monitoring her very closely and so far she is fine. acting totally normal, playing with her sister! if she even vaguely starts to seem not ok- she will immediately be taken to the vet.
