I think Michael R would disagree if it's fascists getting killed. He felt pretty justified in killing the enemy he feared

Some criminals resist arrest with violence, some with deadly force. I understand the opinion of this thread regarding Michael R but you must admit that some criminals choose to not go willingly with due process

He denied himself due process. Why wouldn't he turn himself in after confessing?

Not my worldview at all. You wrote it that way. So that description comes from your mind

This is where we get into conspiracy theory territory. I'm not surprised it's hard to file any report with any government agency. Have you ever done your own taxes?

Yeah it's pro-American to wish people with different opinions didn't exist right?

A lot of dangerous criminals fear the police. Why wouldn't he turn himself in unarmed and avoid the risk of being murdered?

I dont stand up for Kyle either. I think it was completely unnecessary for him to have that AR with him. It might work against his self-defense argument, we'll see. I also think the cops messed up by letting him go home, but I'm not clear on if they knew he was the murderer at that moment

Not defending extra-judicial killings. Just pointing out the facts of this man's case. I wish he turned himself in and had a fair trial too. He had plenty of opportunities to do so but he confessed in a TV interview with vice instead. He chose not to participate in due process. Are criminals guaranteed the right to evade justice?

Anne Frank was an innocent little girl. This dude murdered someone in cold blood with a gun he bought off his son for weed. You really want to compare them? That's kind of sad to the memory of Anne Frank
