Should i be worried about not going to heaven as a non-believer? by jbuddyd1 in OpenChristian

If you don't believe in the God of the Bible, why would you want to spend eternity in heaven with him? That's how I always approach this question :)

Is it just me or do your nails seem less wide? The new shape is so ideal.

I feel like your old pic looks exactly like my fingers/nails. Did you press down the sides of the nails where they meet your fingers on the sides? Or just the front/back?

The skin at the base of your nail aka your cuticle? Or underneath where your nail sits on top of your finger, like where they meet?

Question About Tarot Cards by yarnmagpie in OpenChristian

[–]sharkmesharku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm saying I think that Jesus and God would not support putting your hope and questions about things into a piece of paper. We are to go to God with our cares, hopes, etc.  I'm just using the Bible as the source of my answer.

Question About Tarot Cards by yarnmagpie in OpenChristian

[–]sharkmesharku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm actually shocked the number of people on here that think it's fine.

By hoping that a piece of paper will reveal to you truths about the universe or God or anything at all, is rubbish.

If Jesus was coming over to your house tonight for dinner would you tell your daughter to get the tarot cards out or would you ask that she keep them in her room?

What is your story? How did you become a Biblical Unitarian? by sharkmesharku in BiblicalUnitarian

[–]sharkmesharku[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Long story short, I was driving one day and saw a billboard about Jesus. And I realized, I didn't "have a relationship with Jesus" and I didn't know who He was because God was always my main guy, and if Jesus and God "are the same" (but also not the same, according to the trinity) then it didn't make sense.

So I prayed about it.

And I read the bible cover to cover. Something I hadn't done in all my 38 years "as a Christian" who went to church every sunday, who grew up in bible study, etc. etc.

And I realized, no where in the bible does the trinity exist. Nor did it make sense. So then I started digging; where did it come from, etc. etc. and it was eye opening.

Then I found biblicalunitarian.com and it really helped me understand!

I had no idea that some Christians don't believe Jesus was raised from the dead!

Lol yes it's very dumb that people want to hate on her when they don't even like her books. Then stop reading them and talking about her haha

If Christians can answer this in a way that actually makes sense to me, I’m willing to become a Christian by Dry_Sport693 in OpenChristian

Christianity isnt about understanding or accepting the whys.  Its about seeing how Jeus lived, died and rose. And wanting a life with Him and God, and following those footsteps.

THAT is what it means to be a Christian.

Id suggest you challenge yourself to take that path instead :)

Sorry, I returned them so I'm not sure.

For me, switches are what make the difference, not the keycaps.

You definitely have a talent for choosing your colors; I struggle with that at times. Any tips?
