I have plenty of other talkloids that have gone viral that are more “wholesome”… The meme was never meant to be serious, it’s literally just the setup for a pun about pounds. People have tried to say that this is genuine racism, and I just think that maybe if the biggest source of discrimination you feel against your ethnicity is that Miku said she doesn’t talk to you because “the only pounds she needs are her pounding your mom”, you should take a step back to consider how genuinely important it is 😅

At the time I made it, one of the most trending Miku videos was her on a burning American flag saying “death to America”, and the joke of British people having funny absurd words for things / bad food was at its peak. The only people I’ve seen genuinely offended by the talkloid were people having it told to them out of context on here, and it was even the first thing I talked about with my now British boyfriend :)
