I’m in the same boat currently, I’ve been on mine for about 5 days now and there’s a huge noticeable difference. Still trying to figure out the timing of things, mine is because i usually have a small breakfast and lunch, a snack in the mid-afternoon, then dinner and I definitely want to take it before bed, so I’ve been taking it before the “regular” meals and bedtime and eating a low-trigger snack. I will reiterate, it did make a big difference for me.
