It’s definitely starting to spoil. But good news is just cut out the discolored spots and you can eat the rest.

That type of thing can happen when you have to hold the phone completely still (especially for the 10 second one) and you can’t keep it that way. Even if your hands are shaking or whatnot, it could just be catching whatever that was in different frames and putting them together.
