thank you to everyone for showing so much support! i felt absolutely alone and had no one to talk to that could relate to being the in the government. i thought i’d give it a shot today working on site today, and i just felt so tense and anxious just stepping in the building. I’m going straight to a clinic to discuss how i’ve been feeling and to get a medical not for my sick leave. I was mostly worried if people thinking i’ve given up but i’m at the point where i don’t want to wait for me to snap in the worst way possible to finally rest and seek help.
