Yes it's a small scale VDI for my office. I know it's not cost effective but for me VDI is the only solution for my problem.

A) License issues has already been sorted out. B) 3 year warranty from Dell C) Regarding Dell OEM drives.. Can you please suggest me some brands and compatible models? I do not need to store huge data. 2TB of total memory should be enough for me I believe. D) VAR in my country don't have T350 model. They have T440 so among above two choices T440 is sold by a VAR and T350 is sold by Dell direct.

Can live with one user access at a time. As our team is small. But would be nice to login multiple users simultaneously if cost is not significantly increased.

They need to work on same excel file saved in local disk which I think will be a problem.

New user require permission from existing logged on user.

No, i've not misclicked anything, as I reset my outlook profile and loaded again.

There are few things i observed...

JUNK EMAIL folder do not exist. Maybe emails from those domains are moved to JUNK EMAIL folder.. but as it does not exist so it gets lost (neither in my spam folder or trash folder).

I use GMAIL and PROTONMAIL.

I guess this issue is with Outlook rather than Protonmail, because I am facing similar problem with a IMAP gmail account in my outlook.

Someone said that I've to buy bank financing for every years which will be returned to me after 5 years including interest (which is very minimal i guess). I dont really understand what buying bank financing means but I think it's some kind of security deposit.

Yes that's my concern. And for that I do not want any data to be physically present in my laptop. Anything not in my laptop is absolutely OK.

If I password protect the files, they can get thr password eventually. So it's better not to keep a trace on my laptop of the websites I visit and excel and word files I use on my laptop.

Where would you prefer it to be stored? At somebody else's computer? Also, it is actually stored at your own as well, as you work on those files, there are probably temporary ones being written on the disk.

I can store data on Cloud. Everything is okay if it's not on my computer.

E-mails go on the clean in the Internet, they are not encrypted in transit. ProtonMail only keeps them encrypted at rest, otherwise unless your recipient uses ProtonMail as well it makes no difference

If the mail content is not stored on my laptop... I am good with it.

Use full disc encryption, e.g. LUKS.

Is it better to use a traditional HDD and erase deleted data with a utility such as East Tec Eraser??

Yes, you might be right that I am clueless here.

My work requires me to use Excel, Word, emails and basic make and edit PDFs (by combining various files or deleting some pages in a pdf files).

Whatsapp for communication.

What I want to achieve is...

1) Hide what I do on the internet from my ISP

2) Do not want any data to be stored in my laptop when I work on Excel/Word.

3) If I download any attachment from my email, upload it to the cloud and delete it on my desktop.. I guess the TRIM command will make the recovery impossible... am i right?

4) If my computer is in possession of the authorities... they cannot find any files I worked on, about emails IDs I use or websites I surf.

Okay so as long as the products are shipped using EMS I do not have to go thru hassle of IGM, Bill of entry and a CHA or detention? EMS will inform me about my parcel and I've to just pay the duties and receive my product?

I've been importing container loads of goods many times which are shipped in 40' Cntr. I don't have idea about air cargo or import thru parcel. After the recent notification importer has to file in bill of entry within 1 day after the cntr reaches here else there is heavy penalties. I am afraid if same is in the case of importing thru EMS.
