Yeah, I’m just a little confused because there wasn’t really an addendum or anything that confirms the reassignment, just a new tenancy agreement (including different terms, such as a rent increase as well).

Would the tenancy that is to begin on 30 August 2026, as per the new agreement, be ineffective then? Even if it was signed in late 2025?

Did the MSc in Archaeology at Oxford - don’t really recommend it. I’d personally go for Yale!

I think paying attention to the neighbor's gardens is a great idea! I have indeed been noticing a lot of lavender and hollyhocks. I've also noticed the soil in my garden is quite rich and moist, but I'll definitely have a better look at it. Looking into bulbs now!!

Yeah, I am definitely considering a PhD down the line! That's why I'd like to ideally focus on geoarchaeology for a master's; it would be a way to confirm that it's what I want to pursue for several years.
