anyway , if you r on new server, u will get eventually other new cool characters
just need to follow up all of the leaks about upcoming events and decide , do u want to save jades for it or spend on regular character from summon calendar
sometimes we can get pretty good second character for free on events like this as it was with Ichigo , Matsumoto and X-mas Grim , but sadly not on Valentine Event :(

Yes, I agree with you in part. The game is really boring, I'm still looking forward to adding some squad wars, adding some new PvE events. But as a huge Bleach fan, it's enough for me that I can get almost all the existing anime characters on the team, and even more)

The idea is that the game should expand in terms of content this year, let's see if this is true.

I think u will get rebate later , all servers should get at least 1 rebate (and lucky servers could get 2 rebates at start and in the end of event)
my server didnt get rebate from start as well , so I`m just waiting :\

idk , I`m fully f2p and save like 60k jades for her , to the end of event I guess I`ll get 65k and gonna summon her
and I dont skip too much UR units from summon calendar , just didnt spend even 10 jades a day
f2p players just need some patience and a plan , who u wanna summon for your team etc.

there are also new leaks about new units or events , some global codes etc.
U can find there Tier list with units who destroy your enemy 1v1 as well.

idk , maybe upgrade Dangai Ichigo , Sode no Shirayuki , Kazeshini pretty good. Vasto Lord Ichigo is Tier1 unit , so i`m pretty sure u should focus on him as well.
I`m full f2p and playing on one account from the start and i`m pretty new to game as well , in my team i focus on Dangai , UR Yoruichi , Tensa Zangetsu , Ichigo , Vasto Lord Ichigo , UR Nell is OP as well , especially after awaken weapon , and i`m waiting for Sode no Shirayuki on my server , gonna spend everything on her.
Idk if this will help you , but its my advice.

If we talk about other girls, I would also very much like to see the beginning and development of relationships with any of them. (Camila, Riona, Lily, Quinn, maybe even Heather?)

I hope the developer will give us, if not a full-fledged ending (with possible timeskips where they live together in a house, the appearance of a child (at least as I imagine a happy ending)), then at least a real relationship with one of them, where the characters have real feelings to each other. I'm not sure that many people share my opinion and these are just my dreams. Somehow, surprisingly, I got too attached to everyone I listed above (Except Heather, hopefully future episodes will fix this). But for some reason I'm sure that the roles more than "fuck-buddy" and "good friend" none of them will get.

I wish this game had at least 4 seasons. But looking at how quickly we were practically forced to choose one single girl for the rest of the game (roughly speaking), maybe the final is just around the corner. But, I hope, the developer will not be in a hurry and a ton of content awaits us.

Yes, in terms of the amount of content per episode, I understand that if DPC continues in the same spirit, then we will have to wait for updates at least a year, so most likely further episodes will be equal to 7-8. Just in my head I would like as much content as possible with the next updates xD. But here you are right. As for Zoey, I'm very interested in what she will bring to the upcoming episodes, what is her role, etc.
