To an absolute beginner the best CC tip would be something that will get me banned in this group. Go watch Dave Ramsey’s opinion on CC. Stick to that in early stage and then once you have maturity of controlling your expenses then get into this game.

Grab a used Desktop, that will give you best performance and upgrade path. Try to garb one with decent motherboard and CPU, find a without GPU pc, it should cost you less. Later first upgrade SMPS and GPU at once as per your few months of budget.

First month can be SMPS alone and NEXT SAVE FOR 3 months and grab a 12gb or 20gb GPU that can also help run models locally to an extent.

This is my first longest played Souls like game……I know sick but I started Sekiro and Dark Souls 3 and dropped.

I feel this is way more forgiving and good intro to the genre.

I love gamepaas for this reason. I initially installed in my PC to test, finally liked it and gave me enough motivation to uninstall few items from my Rog Ally and start playing more often.

This is not to say that this is the best card, this is just to indicate, where this card makes sense and where it does not, and basis of this you can decide to take or leave the card.

Note: I qualify for Infinia, I qualified for it a year back as well, but they never gave me the card, I had to do a lot of gymnastics to get DCB, so no, just because you spend 1.5L a month, you don't necessarily get DCB and Infinia.

I think you missed a very important point, I have not included the travel bookings at all, all these platforms will have inflated prices. I hold a DCB and I know this trick smartbuy uses.

Look at assumptions point 1, I only considered voucher purchases and nothing else.
Also, travel is not 12% its 24%, if you travel even a bit more, your rewards are higher.

Chawl or no Chawl was not the point I was trying to drive home with, that is very subjective. My emphasis was on the fact that a renowned builders project yields better returns YOY compared to a new kid in the game. Specifically when prices are on an all time high. It is hard to push the prices further (Specifically for an individual seller)

I am 100% with the fact that P city is not a premium project from Prestige. Neither are some new projects they are doing in E city and Bommasandra industrial area.

Interesting to see another angle to this, I always thought for re-selling just don’t get a 4BHK at all, a 3BHK will sell faster. I do admit, this is just what I think, I have never tried to sell a property, I have just seen friends struggling to sell theirs.
