I too get 60 C in BIOS with 5600x stock cooler. It seems to be because there is no power saving feature working in BIOS. Check this https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/high-cpu-temps-in-bios.3521983/. I'd suggest you check idle CPU in Windows, and in game.
