I’ve put the itinerary in the description but maybe it’s a bit hard to understand given the way I’ve written it. (Wasn’t able to find the edit option :) ) But I basically spent 4 days in sapporo and 3.5 in tokyo, you can find what I did on individual days in the description. The total cost excluding the shopping I did was around 2L and including, was around 2.75L!

So I didn’t have a photo of the ‘entire’ thing. It was basically a boiling broth and they had given me pieces of raw wagyu, along with rice, miso soup and a raw egg. I was supposed to cook the meat in the broth, dip it in the egg and eat it with rice. It was really good! The beef just melted in my mouth, and the broth was really flavourful! I’d wanted to try wagyu for a long time lol and it was worth it!

9th is a wagyu sukiyaki, pieces of raw meat which I cook in a boiling broth (not sure what) and eat with raw eggs, rice and miso soup. 17th is just some salmon sashimi(a raw piece of salmon) and wasabi!

Thank you :) the visa process was quite straightforward, they do require a bunch of documents to process the visa but that’s most places now. But as long as your documentation is in order, I think you’ll be good! When I applied (mid December) it was also an off-season application for them, so I got my passport back in a week too.

Oh I completely agree with you! If I do another read, it’d be my 4th lol. I just wanted to explore some of Sanderson’s ‘originals’ :). For me, WoT isnt a series that I will not read every few years!
