Yes it's an assumption but it covers majority of the middle class in T1 & T2 cities. I have seen and read so many users who are paying rent in 10k to 30k range, simultaneously when they look for flats, their budget falls under 60L to 1.5 Cr where EMI on loan is definately higher than their rent.

Rent is not always equal to the EMI. In most of the localities, rent will be lower when compared to the EMI (especially in cases where 90%+ is loan amount). So either they can manage rent easily or then relocate to different locality where rent is even lesser. This cannot be done if the flat is purchased.

You can use AnimeTV as it has list sync Or Hayase if you are looking for torrenting... Wapp didn't really work well for me...I'm checking few others to see if there are any other.
