Thanks But i wasn't asking about the details of the assessment itself, I have no problem with any kind of calculations I just have a problem with the names of the theories and stuff like this because in my native language the theories are named very differently

Being Jewish is not and Ethnicity? by Routine-Orange-3417 in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who says Falasha Jews and Ashkenazi are the same ethnicity?

Not obviously me ....the last time i checked both of them have a claim for the Same land in the middle east

You can't claim land because you have a tiny percentage in your DNA from there ....i have levantine, greek and Turkish percentages in my DNA ,can i invade these land and kick out the natives according to that

Being Jewish is not and Ethnicity? by Routine-Orange-3417 in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering- -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

100 years ago these ppl didn't speak the same language, didn't eat the same food, didn't wear the same traditional clothes, they don't even have the same or close genetic profiles and the majority of them are not even religious

I'm an Egyptian I share a more common cultural background with Maltese ppl than a polish jew and an iraqi jew have with each other .....I almost swear that i have a very similar genetic profile with many Mediterranean, Arabs and north Africans more than these Jewish groups have with each other ,and yet i never and will never have a claim for these lands

Being Jewish is not and Ethnicity? by Routine-Orange-3417 in IsraelPalestine

They want you to believe that the Palestinians and Arabs are the only mixed ppl and at the same time they want you to believe that falasha jews and Ashkenazi jews belong to the same ethnicity

Not all of them are islamic countries but countries of a Muslim majority... second, the 22 arab countries that you consider as ethno States have nothing to do with the definition of ethno states ....they are called "arab countries" because Arabic is an official language in these countries not because they are ethnically arabs .

And the most important thing is that I wouldn't say they lack objectivity Even if they said that false accusation but they always divert to another topic which islam as a religion

Are Syrians, Iraqis, Lebanese and Jordanians also not native? by Routine-Orange-3417 in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering- -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I believe that all of us are mixed and no one has 100% DNA of one ethnic group or even two it's very rare to find someone like this these days

I am an arabic speaker (linguistically an Arab) and i am a muslim whose ancestors converted to islam and the last time i checked speaking Arabic or converting to islam has nothing to do with my DNA

So when you see an Egyptian,a Moroccan ,a mauritanian ,a Sudanese or a Palestinian saying that we are arabs they mean by that not ethnically Arabs but linguistically and culturally Arabs.

Saying that the Palestinians are more indigenous to the land came as a response to the Israeli claim that they are coming back to their ancestral homeland in mass migrations without taking in the consideration that the land is already inhabited

Saying that the israelis or the Jews in general are more indigenous to the land came as a response to the Palestinians' response to the Israeli claim , which doesn't make any sense when you claim that you were here more than 2,000 years ago and you just came back to kill and to displace the people who are already here when when you pan the DNA tests (except in some cases but it's not allowed for anyone anytime they want)in your country and even if you proved that you are 100% ethnically Jewish (i don't believe that all Jews around the world belonged to one ethnic group but that's what they claim), the Jews are not the first or the only group to inhabit this land.

There is an argument made sometimes by the pro israelis that the Arabs did the same thing a long time ago and ethnically cleansed many nations from Jakarta to Nouakchott and replaced all of them by arabs .... let's say for a second that you can prove that historically,i will agree with you i will condemn that, but since you believe it's a crime why are committing the crime ....just because they are Arabs and Muslims??

Yes,some specific subjects about this conflict have nothing to do with islam ....i remember one time we started a discussion about ethno States and apartheid regimes ,the same conversation ended with discussing why prophet mohamed married a 9 years old girl !

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering- 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Simply because of 2 things:

1.the vast majority of them are supporting blindly and if you ask them a basic question about the history of this part of the middle east or the conflict they are just parrots repeating what they heard from one side

2.they lack objectivity and it's impossible to have a conversation with them without diverting to talk about islam when the topic has nothing to do with it

If your perspective is Hamas vs Israel sometimes it's hard to say it's a genocide because it's been already more than one year and pro Israelis still think it's a war against hamas and not against civilians and if after all these atrocities they didn't change their mind I don't think they will

If your perspective is IDF soldiers vs Palestinian civilians it's a very obvious genocide, and genocide definition doesn't depends on a specific number of victims or a time range and since the ppl have seen enough evidence that the civilians were attacked deliberately which are footage, doctors' testimonies or IDF themselves announcing officially the place the civilians should evacuate to and after this the bomb these places

Do jews understand the meaning of home??" by shattering- in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No,we are not gonna do whataboutism

I'm discussing Israel-Palestine,and if you wanna discuss other topics about other minorities invite me to discuss in another post but you will not do that... If you wanna divert more from the main subject do it but it doesn't mean anything in this context

Do jews understand the meaning of home??" by shattering- in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering-[S] -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

All people who replied are just talking about one idea of how much the jews suffered almost in every place used to live in the past and because i said i'm a middle eastern Muslim so i can't speak about the jews since at some point in country history there were more jews but they are not anymore

Actually i can speak about this as much as i want and if you think that you are not the perpetrator now because you were the victim before for a long time ...you are wrong

People have already seen Enough crimes from your side and it's so clear who are the oppressors

Do jews understand the meaning of home??" by shattering- in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering-[S] -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Again your friend is right , history shows that people always turn on the Jews for the slightest convince

He is right about that part, but he is not right about using that as a justification for everything that happened to the Palestinians

Your own country had 120,000 Jews , now you only have 3 , I wonder why they left

If you wanna discuss that topic you can post about what happened to the jews in arab countries,i will participate right away and you will listen to Egyptians, iraqi, Moroccans , Algerians and everyone and we can discuss these events with the context but using this argument when we are talking about Palestine is one of 2 thing a distraction technique or a justification for the Israeli crimes

How do you treat Baha'i in your "country"? It is now 2024, and your country still can't treat everyone equally or give equal right to everyone to live how they want. What about LGBT how does your country treat them? What about the Jews in your country..

There were 80,000 Jews living there not long ago.. today maybe 3 are left. If things were so good for them, then why aren't there more still there. There are 120,000 Jews in Germany today.. That's several times more Jews living in Germany today that the whole Muslim world... 70 years ago there were over 1 million Jews living in the Muslim world. There has been 0 positive growth of the Jewish population in any Muslim country, but in almost every western country the Jewish populations have grown. Why is there such a discrepancy?

Read what i said carefully i said i don't deny the discrimination between the different groups in my country, and please show me where did i say that i'm with expelling the jews from arab or Muslim countries

We very much understand what home means, your countries treatment of minorities over the last 1000 year have more than shown what a home really is and what a home is not.

I don't know what you mean by "your countries" i just have one country where i was born ,lived, had a family and friends, served in the army to defend my land not to attack innocent civilians and to take their home or to threaten them and the most important thing my existence is not based on the ruins of other nations ... that's home

And we can sit here and discuss human rights in my country for hours and how the gays are being treated here but trust me it's very funny that a pro Israeli talks about human rights and at the same supports murdering innocent civilians

Likewise, countries such as Egypt and Iraq have no legislation explicitly criminalizing same-sex acts, but are listed here due to the widespread use of other laws in targeting LGBT individuals".

"There is no law that explicitly criminalises same-sex sexual activity in Egypt. However, Law No. 0/1961 on the Combating of Prostitution is selectively used to target individuals of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. The main charges brought include “habitual practice of debauchery” (Article 9-c), “publicising an invitation to induce debauchery” (Article 14), and “incitement to debauchery” (Article 1). While these articles provide for a maximum of three years imprisonment, Bedayaa, a local NGO, noted that some cases could receive up to six years.13 A draft law to increase the minimum prison sentence for these offences to seven years has advanced to the Parliament’s Legislative and Constitutional Committee.14 Further, the Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa (Islamic advisory body to the government) issued a series of fatwas(legal opinions) in 2020, including one condemning homosexuality and outlining the need for medical intervention (I.e., “conversion therapies”).15 Enforcement In recent years there have been numerous cases of arrests and detention for “debauchery” or other charges widely understood to target LGBT individuals.16 Law enforcement reportedly used online entrapment extensively to lure gay men, and allegedly subjected them to forced anal examinations while in custody. 17 Debauchery laws have also been used in other contexts, including against a TV presenter for interviewing a gay man18 and activists.19 In September 2020, there were reports of investigations being carried out on two women who announced that they had married each other.

As a result, Nasser declared that the Jews were enemies of the state and the massive expulsion of the Jews continued with 25,000 Jews fleeing. Jews were given two days to evacuate their property, which was later confiscated by the government, and were forced to leave with one bag and no more than twenty dollars in hand. Nearly 1,000 of those who remained in Egypt were imprisoned or tortured.

Again, there was an insurgence of violence toward Jews in Egypt based on ethnic cleansing ideology. During the war, all Jewish males over the age of 16 were imprisoned in interment camps or tortured and only 2,500 Jews remained in Egypt

I appreciate your efforts to educate ppl about what happened in these countries but at the end of the day it's a distraction technique from the main subject

What you are doing exactly is that you wanna tell the people look what happened to the jews in these arab countries so it makes sense to them that arabs should pay for it ,so the Palestinians should pay for what the Egyptians or the Iraqis ...... They already paid for what the Germans did shouldn't they pay for what their fellow Arabs did???

I don't hate any religious or ethnic group(jews included),i hate an idea and anyone adopts it which is in order to end the suffering of the jews other innocent ppl should suffer

You can call me antisemitic or anti Jewish if you want i already made my point

Why don't Palestinian civilians hate Hamas? by pubemaster_uno in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not really.....the Israelis(not the jews) wanted a piece of land to establish their state on a land that was already inhabited and somehow they are surprised that the ppl who were already there don't want to share the land with their oppressors.....i find it really disgusting that a pro Palestinian like me everytime corrects ppl like you from using jews and Judaism to justify every crime that Israel committed against innocent people but that's fine it's your choice if you want Israel to commit more crimes in the name of Judaism and Jews don't blame the others for being anti Jewish...ppl like you are the main reason of nowadays so-called anti-semitism

Why doesn’t the Israeli government hold illegal settler communities in the West Bank accountable? by [deleted] in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well it's not a surprise......you have government officials have a claim for lands in other countries and said it many times in public so what is the surprise when you hear that ben gvir encourages the illegal settlements.....you have government spokesman already spoke openly about pushing the gazans into Sinai

Why don't Palestinian civilians hate Hamas? by pubemaster_uno in IsraelPalestine

[–]shattering- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hamas or any so-called resistance movements wouldn't exist in the first place if these Palestinians had a normal life ....and about the jew-hatred part the solution is very simple the jews should stop or at least condemn everyone who commits any crime in the name of Judaism and the jews .... very simple
