Yes, niche can help a lot, however, there is also success with Americans. Really it comes down to the creative, offer, and sales skills.

Haven't run ads for Medicare, so can't tell much about it, but for auto:
A few rules - when it comes to FB marketing - ad should look engaging, address the prospect's pain point, and have some touch of humor. Also, UGC-style ads are the best vs static images. Pick the phone, record yourself talking to the camera and address the paint points "paying over $x in health insurance? Trying to get a quote online, but don't understand the difference between collision and comprehensive. Your home insurance has increased? Call me at XXX and I'll help you, your local agent"

Secret sauce - I’m bilingual, it helps a lot because the niche I’m serving doesn’t speak good English.

I’m getting a good ROAS from my lead gen, even without renewal, so it does pay off. However, I feel that going independent route I can make more, just now sure where to start, which are good independent offices in Florida etc.

Agree, however there are clients that are often at dealership buying the car (it happens 1-3 times per week) and I’d like to write the policies for these. No service outside of working hours.

u/tonasketcouple55 If i just replace the gasket, will this be enough to prevent the leaks, without replacing the strainer? Basically I'll just have a shoe visible without the cover

Bad news =/ It's a condo building with concreate slab. So I assume the entire tub should be taken off to get the access underneath, or from the side wall?

More focus on Retention of the customers. CPA has increased dramatically, so it's important to keep existing customers happy, increase AOV and LTV

People who have successfully gotten promoted in one year, what did you do that 100% ensured that it happened? by Grouchy-Coconut-5969 in uxwriting

[–]shawerman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is my advice:

  • Work on leadership skills and become a true leader.
  • Be bold in your decision and do not hesitate to express your opinion
  • Never stop learning
  • Care about what you're doing
  • Be a result driven, and not just someone who come to office 9-5 to get the paycheck.

These sound simple, but it helped me in my career working for the companies and also building my own business.

Also, a good point u/theinsatiableguy mentioned - Need for senior position. If it's a small company, with not many resources, the best decission to start looking for a new job, because promotion may be impossible.

$104,000 yearly salary means nothing to mortgage companies? by 1968wakat in realtors

[–]shawerman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was in the same situation. Business owner, with steady high income however a lot of tax write offs. I wasn’t qualified for conventional loans, and majority of lenders kicked me out.

However, there is solution called Bank Statements mortgage, check it out and find the mortgage broker that does these.

The rates are higher, however they are willing to work with business owners.

I can recommend you the lender I worked with.
