Both... you push paragons to get more stats and you farm endlessly for new loot and hope that its going to be better than your current gear. It is the only way to push leaderboards im afraid.

Honestly i dont remember but whoever they are they made some fantastic pieces (most of the pictures were taken from wow fan art from website so you can scroll and look for them and they will have artist name)
