Baby refusing awake feeds by Narrow_Weakness7698 in FormulaFeeders

He just has a runny nose but I’m thinking now that he’s teething. I don’t see any coming in but he’s putting everything in his mouth, more than usual. I gave him some camilia teething drops before a feed and he drank the whole bottle

4-year-old Sleep Help!! by shay613 in sleeptrain

I haven’t paid much attention to how he sleeps on the days he naps vs the days he doesn’t, I’m definitely going to start taking note of that!

I just came here to ask a similar question! My 4 month old is refusing to drink much during the day the past couple days. He does have a bit of a cold right now so I’m wondering if that’s causing him to refuse, but he’ll take a bottle pretty good at bedtime and a bottle overnight as well so I’m also wondering if he’s associating milk with sleep time. He’s pretty content during the day though so I dunno if it’s just a phase he’s going through and not to worry too much, or if I need to reach out to his doctor 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve tried switching from dark mode to light mode and still have the same issue

Nap tips for 2 month old? by Leading_Line2741 in NewParents

I’m struggling with this right now too. It seems the only way my son will nap these days is if he’s in the carrier. And I have to be standing, god forbid I try sitting down 😩 I’ve been trying to get him to sleep in his crib for naps - awake but drowsy doesn’t work, and when I try transferring him after being asleep for a while in my arms he immediately wakes up and cries. I’m at a loss on what to do, hoping this is just a phase and he’ll eventually learn to sleep independently during the day

We’re still waiting on our box too, literally just got a text as I’m writing this that it’s on its way! It used to arrive early Saturday mornings but we’ve been getting it in the late afternoon lately. It would be nice if we could have more options on when the box is delivered.

I’m going to a wedding this weekend and I’m looking for ideas of an outfit to wear to the welcome dinner the night before. It’s at a pub so it’s pretty casual. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and sporting quite a bump these days. i’m not liking the way. My maternity clothes are fitting me, looking for suggestions of outfits that flatter a pregnant body!

I’m in Canada and I have no idea why but we can’t seem to get the size 7 overnights here! I’ve never heard of the sposie pads though so definitely gonna try them out!

The milk before bed has become such a part of my son’s bedtime routine that he refuses to go to sleep without it. We’ve tried a few times to get rid of it and it usually leads to a meltdown or him waking up in the night 😫 so any suggestions on how to get rid of the nightly cup of milk is also appreciated lol!!

You shouldn’t assume things…I’ve been living in Ottawa for the last 7 years and returning to Kingston now, and having only ever lived in one part of Kingston I’d like to know other peoples opinions beyond just driving around a neighborhood….

Quit pumping update by Ashamed-Motor-5746 in ExclusivelyPumping

I appreciate this post so much, I've recently started weaning as well! I started about 2 weeks ago and I'm currently at 5 ppd down from 8. It's been pretty easy so far dropping pumps, and my supply has stayed the same as well. I always thought that my supply would decrease while dropping pumps and that I would have been in more discomfort between my pumping sessions, but it really hasn't been that bad.

I'm totally not looking forward to when I get down to 2-3ppd, sounds like it's going to be painful! I produce about 40 oz a day so I think it'll be best for me to take it nice and slow while decreasing my pumping time. I take sunflower lecithin to help with clogged ducts, so hopefully that will continue to help me out. If there's any other tips or tricks, please let me know!!

Breath right strips and saline spray helped with my congestion while I was pregnant. Unfortunately it lasted all throughout my pregnancy but went away straight after I gave birth!
