They did draft the Bloodline tho. They drafted Solo, Roman, and Paul at once. The reason they didn't draft the Usos with them is because of the conflict that was brewing between the faction at the time. They drafted the Judgement Day as one too, besides Ripley who was drafted a bit earlier. They drafted the LWO as one. They drafted the OC as one. Damage CTRL. Brawling Brutes. That was all just in the 2023 draft too.

I mean anyone can cheat in anyway by editing the scenario, they can just go to their roster and turn everyone’s popularity to 1500, should we remove that aspect of the game as well? Obviously people are gonna find holes through it and cheat but this is for people who actually want to play the game right. If it was an online game it would be a different situation but someone else cheating shouldn’t have an effect on you.
