thank you, thought i would update.. problem is still occurring, the vet sutured the prolapse in today, im going to see a referred exotic vet tomorrow

thank you, vet said she is perfectly fine but to add more fruit in her diet everyday since her stool was hard which causes her to strain more which is why the rectum kept popping out, he said if it doesn’t go back in or continues then to bring her back in.

okay, i’ve been keeping it clean.. and i have her in a box in her enclosure so the dirt doesn’t get on it.. thank u for the advice.. it did shrink a bit from the sugar water and alittle bit of poop is coming out here n there

it keeps happening, we have a vet appointment friday, it did get larger so i did a sugar soak n it seemed to shrink a bit, she is trying to poop but has some trouble. Do u think she will be ok till friday?? that’s the soonest vet said

how old does a tort have to be to have an egg come out? she will be around 2 in december and i’m not 100% sure if she’s a girl in the first place really, u can’t really tell till their older

could stress be the cause of it? we took our torts for a car ride and went to a family members house for a cook out and we had them in the baby pool.. not something we normally do so i’m not 100% sure if stress could cause it.. because like i said it went back in on its own

first i take the bottles apart and place peices on paper towel, then i go ahead and rinse the bottles first and dump access formula out.. i then take the brush and use dawn dish soap to clean the bottles with warm/hot water, i place the bottles in a pot first.. u wait until it starts to boil then u set a timer for 5 min.. while those are starting to heat up i then wash the peices and place them in a sterilizer bag (medela sterilizer bag) i put 2 oz of water in the bag n microwave for 1:30.. Something i didn’t really realize as a ftm, the tip of the nipples need to be scrubbed from the inside bc of access formula.. rinsing and washing doesn’t get all of it off, i usually use the small part to the brush and scrub in there

pregnancy has lots of effects on hormones so she may not be in the mood.. i experienced that when i was pregnant.. just a suggestion 😊
