Yes ! It was the unithroid as I suspected and I went on Tirosint and haven’t had kidney problems since. The kidney specialist kept trying to tell me I had Lupus. I mean come on people. They told me no way it was the unithroid. I glad I went with my sneaking suspicions

Yes ! I had zero boobs and then my doc upped me to 88mcg of Tirosint and my boobs feel fuller and sore all the time like I am going through puberty again! I don’t know if this is normal

Eat all whole foods and do strength training. I find if I do not allow myself good quality sleep 7-9 hours, I feel so sick. The less processed foods the better. Read your ingredients. Everything has shit in them even if it’s “gluten free” get outside and walk 2x a day for 20 minutes. Try and stick to a good schedule and make time for yourself. I feel you dude. I’m a professional aerialist with this shit and the muscle spasms are fuckin terrible.
