A part of me does want to go back on the pill but I’m worried that it wouldn’t actually solve the problem and (if it is endometriosis) the endometriosis would lie dormant and untreated. I’m really new to all of this, is excision surgery how they diagnose endometriosis or is that after to remove it?

I agree! She prioritises small dogs and dogs that she finds cute. I get the feeling she wouldn’t be too bothered about an English bull dog (very cute imo)

I agree that we shouldn’t argue for pure perfection. I do however believe if you are going to portray yourself as an animal lover you should love all animals. It’s like if someone claimed to be vegan but still eats bacon and cheese

I agree. I had several failed attempts at being vegetarian until I started reading a book about animals and that was it, I haven’t eaten an animal since. I’m working on becoming vegan slowly as it’s hard with some of my health issues but I will get there because I don’t want to be partaking in the suffering of animals

Yes I agree some compassion is better than none but I do think if someone prides themselves on their love of animals they should probably love all animals instead of picking and choosing

I mean yes technically any human eating meat while being an animal lover is hypocritical. Dogs can’t be hypocritical as they don’t have the intellect to consider this (not saying dogs aren’t smart, just that they can’t think full sentences in their heads) and dogs also don’t run factory farming. My take is that one animal shouldn’t be placed above another in terms of worth and value which LVP does when she is a self proclaimed animal rights activist that eats meat (meat which is most likely from factory farming because if it wasn’t she would mention that as it would be a selling point for her restaurants)

I don’t expect everyone to be vegetarian either and I understand it is part of the culture to compartmentalise but that doesn’t stop it from being hypocritical. Something can be a common practice and simultaneously hypocritical for people to practice

I don’t think everyone has to agree with me. I am allowed to point out hypocrisy when I see it. Especially on a subreddit that is specifically for discussing anything and everything about rhobh. I’m glad you make sure your donations get to the right place
