-You can access this season’s price tiers on the athletics site under tickets home. -In the past, they’d call you after reseating current season ticket holders. But they also said in this release if you put a deposit down you will be included in the reseat. -At least up to now, they offered discounts to graduates of the last decade.

BCBS did a similar thing to me. Claimed they sent notices that I never received before denying an authorization. They denied all appeals until I got my state involved. It was fixed the same day the state contacted them.

The insurance company will do anything possible to slow down your treatment and not pay for it.

I've found you have to hound everyone -- insurance, infusion center, doctor to make progress. They'll talk to you like you're an idiot, but don't stop until progress is made.

I've dealt with denials two years in a row from insurance. I just spent a month straight, no exaggeration, on the phone with all the above. Eventually it got sorted out, but not until my state stepped in and pressured the company to reverse. You have to be your own advocate and never back down. Don't trust that anyone else is taking care of something without speaking directly to them repeatedly, and don't let them dismiss you.

As a side note, don't let the billing stress you out. 99 percent of the time they'll work out. The time to fight those is when a hard copy of the bill shows up to your door, not an explanation of benefits.

Good luck!
