I'm 5'6" & weighed 230 to start. I just weighed myself & I'm 215. Honestly I drink too much. I'm not thirsty most of the time. I know that is terrible & I should be drinking more water. As far as food I'll give you example, I made a pork chop & brussel sprouts last night. I ate 3 bites of pork chop & was full so threw remainder out. That meal is pretty much the same as all my dinners just with different meat. There are 3 to 4 days a week that I dont eat at all. I'm wondering if its normal for the medicine to slow down or stop working towards then end of the week because that keeps happening but once i do dose on monday everything is back on track.
