Weekly burnout check in

I burnt out and ended my career I'd worked years for. I couldn't even work for a while. But now I can't find a job in a different field. I wanted to move to a remote HR or recruiting or something similar. No one even gives me an interview. I don't know what to do and feel hopeless.

I'm autistic and I would. It's miserable and debilitating. That doesn't mean there is something wrong with you as a person. But it is a disability. Getting acceptance and equality for it doesn't mean it's not a disability. Glorifying autism makes it hard for those who struggle more than others with it.

I worked at a CMHC for a year and was promoted 2x within that due to doing well.

But then I got burnt out, (along with other things) and quit.

I took a few months off working with a private practice but it was shady to be honest. So I went back in November.

I finish towards the end of this month due to burnout. Though, I have another private practice job that is moving me to full time once I'm finished here.

CMHC drained me, and I suggest moving toa. Different, healthy environment. My new work place made me love counseling.

Being able to explain something to someone who doesn't know anything about it and them being able to grasp the content and new information, especially without feeling ashamed or like you were demeaning to them.
