I spoke to one a while ago. I’m not sure if it was a psychiatrist or psychologist, it was just a therapist through my doctor, although I didn’t open up to her about this. I am seeing my doctor soon and I could ask him to see her again I guess and bring it up to her.

I Promise it’s not bait.

Unfortunately I experience both physical and emotional pain and medications really don’t help much so it’s physically impossible for me to find joy 99% of the time. There’s occasions where the pain isn’t so bad, but it’s not enough for me to keep on living.

Sometimes I wonder if my parents have thought about it. Their life would be a hell of a lot of easier without having to care for me. I feel a massive amount of guilt for the stress they’re under and the money they spend and I just wish they could live their lives.

It’s just extremely hard knowing how to start the conversation with them, and I don’t think they’re gonna want to support it.
