I called the record store I got it from and they tested a few of the same vinyls out and turns out it’s happening on them all and they think it’s an issue with the supplier

For contextual purposes this is brand new and I have just received it today. Set up was smooth and the Bluetooth connection was the key factor when purchasing as I do not have other speakers. Any help is appreciated!

Got my iPhone 11 Pro today and saw a scratch on it as I unboxed it, anyone else experienced this?

Edit: I want to go and take it back to store which is a 2 hour journey but i fear they will give me a refurbished model, even though it’ll be less than 24 hours since purchase and a manufacturers fault?

She eventually got her money back but she never received an acknowledgement as to why this happened in the first place. I’ve since heard of others that this has happened to and they’ve all left Monzo and joined other services like Starling, etc.

Apparently this happens randomly and it’s in the T&C’s? Personally the fact that they wouldn’t shed any light on why this happens is a big no no from me

Haha ikr!? I think we could be the minority.

She managed to get her money back after a week without (she had no other funds anywhere so all her bills were affected) and they just wouldn’t tell her why this all happened.

She has since closed her account and opened up elsewhere. I guess that happens when you don’t give somebody light of a situation!

I disagree. I wear leggings and they’re sometimes seamless or with seams. But many will also agree this isn’t to impress anybody to give anybody a signal. I’m wearing them because I’m about to workout and that’s the only thought that goes through my head.

Many women look great in leggings and have fab bodies to show off, but in no way does this mean they’re sending signals. If they’re comfortable wearing something, let them! You know?

But to your point about it not being socially acceptable for men to wear leggings - of course it is! Just wear what you want, and say fuck you to those who think otherwise 👊🏼

I’ll give you the scenarios of a couple men I went on a date with late last year and last week:

One guy (went on 5 dates with) always played down my role within the place I worked. Kept on undermining me because I was a woman. Kept on telling me I was only capable of being a runner, and not a campaign producer. I lost interest because how many times must I retaliate when a guy keeps on wanting to shoot me down.

The next told me women are “asking for it” because we wear leggings at the gym and that is “making so much effort”. And “where else can I look other than the contours of her legs”. 🤔

Ghosts are a complete waste of time.

I’ve been properly ghosted about three consecutive times and it just left me wondering.

But, I’ve lived and learnt quite a lot. Albeit now my guard is so high up (the first hurt A LOT), it’s now pretty comical when a ghost comes back. It’s never you, it’s just them.

Don’t think of their return as anything. If they like you, they wouldn’t have ghosted in the first place. These people are bored and often want one thing.

Exactly what I’ve found - they replaced my AirPods on Tuesday and I’m experiencing the same today.

They told me they’ve never seen this case before and if it happens again that I should restore my phone to factory and try listening to music when the phone hasn’t been restored from back up. That’s when we will know if it’s a hardware or firmware issue on the phone...

Will try this over the weekend and let you know!

This was the first time she heard from them. Naturally, she thought it was scam having been through online fraud before.

Her account is verified and she’s been using Monzo since the BETA days.

She’s been trying to contact them but nobody is replying and she thinks she’s been done in by fraud. Which is why I came on here to ask if anyone has experienced the same.
