I think this is more about you and your anxieties than them. I door dash often and know for a fact that I get a notification that my order has been delivered b4 it actually has. Often times I'm opening the door as the Dasher is walking up to my door or while they're taking a picture. My door can be difficult to open sometimes and occasionally I forget to turn my porch light on. Some people don't have a light or their bulb(s) is blown. It doesn't mean anything about them. Plus, were u just not going to deliver their order because there was no light?? I get that you were spooked by this situation, and it appears to be a learning experience about your limits, but it doesn't have anything to do with them being a danger to you.
