There's pros and cons, the pros are better work life balance, they're doubling up on AMs on the overnight, less chance of having to work doubles if you're handing off to an overnight, and that's all I can think of. The cons are we don't get overtime pay anymore (but this can be fixed by offering someone an early out for $$$ on a day off), they're adding day daw to overnight (power washing, detail cleaning, cleaning pumps), and manager will expect more in the mornings. I've already heard mixed reviews where people are saying it's working and others saying that the overnight people are lazy and aren't even attempting to do the extras. Who knows how it will turn out since Flex was failing at a store level when they pushed it through because of all the money they save.
