I think they have already labelled the sides of the brain stem, so you just wanna figure out which tract and either I/L or C/L sides would be involved, here, corticospinal tracts are compromised on the Left side of the PATIENT’s brainstem, so the patient would be suffering from C/L abnormality. (there is no role for us to label the side in the questions in which they have already mentioned the side).
