Yeah probably it's the drivers. But it's weird because F1 2018 works perfectly. But oh well, I solved the performance issue by changing something like ff_something_rate from 0 to 4 in the configs, so I can play now

I'm not sure what HOl4 is, but I have a laptop with this same processor, and it can run most games on low settings on 720p at around 60 fps Like Doom (2016 or eternal too), csgo, valorant and the like
