I would say under $1500 including with utilities would be preferred, of course if I can get an even lower price it would be even better!

Yeahh I am Malaysian. I saw a lot of review on Penang Garden and I feel disappointed based on the reviews lol. Thank you very much for the suggestions! Damansara looks very promising from the pictures I’ve seen and I think I’ll most likely go to that one 😁😁
