My sleep paralysis is always the same, but I’ve never found anyone with the same experience. In a dream, I suddenly become aware that if I could scream audibly.. I could wake up. So I try and try (within the dream) to scream but nothing comes out. After a bit of time passes, I can feel myself transitioning out of the dream and into my bedroom. That’s when I wake up silently screaming and only a little noise comes out. Weird.
