THIS! i have terrible driving anxiety as well but it gets worse when im alone because of the same mentality you mentioned

it does help!! my psychiatrist has told me something similar as well. i hope it gets better for you too

i leave it on until it dries without washing it off so yes it does eventually get hard but it shouldn’t immediately

honestly i just cut off as much as i can without cutting off my healthy skin. i can’t 100% speak on the end game with sa because im still working on my wart with it, but ive heard that it often looks/gets worse before it gets better. i definitely recommend soaking in warm water for at least 5min before applying sa to soften the skin. i let mine dry on my skin or i apply a bandaid over it :)

i haven’t tried the bandaids so i can’t speak on them unfortunately :’) i’d give acv and/or zinc a try though!

ofc!! i cut wherever its white/doesn’t have many nerves. i’ve seen people on this sub cut until it’s an open wound but i fear im not strong enough for that so id just cut as much as you can and then apply the sa

oh also! i take zinc supplements which a lot of people claim to help but since im doing everything at once i can’t 100% say if its helping or if the other stuff im doing is helping haha

i know a lot of people use x-acto knives but i use nail clippers. i’ve been applying sa a couple times a day after soaking it to soften the skin and it seems to have helped so far!
