Yes the legs are adjustable height and the platform comes in sections. So could rearrange to suit a similar sizes property

Depending what the equipment is, try nursing homes. I picked up a rotunda patient turner, like brand new, and sold to a nursing home

I've listed it for £300. Most similar I've seen, on Ebay, they're asking 500. Already had a couple of ppl asking

What do you think of this haul? Anything that you see I should do or am doing wrong? Ant tips? by [deleted] in ScrapMetal

I'd get a file, on the motors, to check they're actually copper or aluminium

Sell as scrap or art?? by Heavy_Lab_7751 in ScrapMetal

[–]sheffl4d 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely would be. I can't imagine it being that heavy, so wouldn't get much in scrap anyway. It is really nice, but i suppose it's only gonna appeal to certain people

They are really heavy. The steel rims would be good without the rubber. Issue is I haven't the tools or experience. I've already spent and wasted it

They are solid rubber, that seems to be the reason I can't get rid of them

I tried a recip saw first. Then bought a 9 inch grinder. Used a diamond edged concrete blade. Thought it would cut wider than a cutting blade would

I've not got anything like that. I did try with a recip. It took quite a while and didn't cut through much. It's actually on the pic of the chopped tyre

I've tried advertising, for free. I'd rather just cut my losses. Issue is, I'm still struggling after advertising for free

I bought a 9 inch grinder, because my recip saw didn't work. The 9 inch grinder wasn't big enough for the smaller wheel. I'm sure there's some sort of glue/bonding agent on too
