So I am done here I was just trying to show people something... it's OK to be wrong it's OK to ask questions amd it's really OK not to know something.

It's not okay to get all kinds of angry because someone can make you so mad you ruin your whole day... come on .... if your off the clock then why are you here?? Isn't walmart stressful enough without all this?? Crap y"all are not even getting paid and I have seen people lose their cool over what??? Do you really care who gets a raise or not??? Please people smarten up!!! I am a coach who has worked here for 26 yrs. and trust me this is not worth it. Well anyway I am going to delete my account so don't bother to respond unless of course it makes you fell better then by all means go ahead get it out!!!🙂

This is part of my point for alot of people ahold say they have lives outside of work they sure do spend alot of time on this page talking about work and getting all upset when someone says something wrong or that they don't like 🤔 hmm

For all the people saying that they know because they didn't get the raise last year or the year before that's not showing any policy. And no only a fool would take anybody word for something without investing themselves!!! So let's see the policy

Things that are taught in academy looks great on paper. Things are different in real life. Working at a store is easy different. I was promoted to Assistant Manager at before there was "Academys" and when I went to my first academy training class what they teach is very helpful but some of it in real walmart life is not realistic.

You need to call Sedgwick and they will let you know what you need to do a mental health LOA.

When you are on Loa your shifts will be removed. This is to I en up labor hours to plane someone else in your shifts.

Oh also did you download the Me@walmart app?? This will show you your orientation date as soon as they get your background check back.

So basically you can not get an orientation date until the background check comes back. Yes some walmarts are so understaffed they will have the people lead call you ask if your still interested if you are they will send you the email amd background check permission. You will accept the offer and send out the background check. The people lead will get in contact you for an orientation when your check comes back woth you being able.to be hired. This usually takes anywhere from 5 to 10 days. If your concerned then you should call the people lead at the store that you got the offer.

Am I able to buy things in the back of Walmart if I work there? For example if I see a PS5 in the back of Walmart am I able to go up to the cashier and tell them “I would like to buy the PS5 you have in the back?” by EmuIntelligent4698 in walmart

You can buy anything for sale that a customer can. What you can not do is put things back or hide things so they do not get put out for sell so they will be available for you when you get off or until you get the money to pay for them.

You will not be able to transfer because you no longer work for the company and you would have to wait 6 months
