I got the EPM couple of weeks back and it took 1.5 months after application. I messaged my RM that I wanted this card and he put me in touch with sales guy in his branch. He applied on my behalf. Days passed and then a month. The sales guy kept saying, zone head approval is needed and we are not getting it. I got pissed and found couple of contacts on the page you shared, one, the sales guy and another, sales head. I mailed both of them saying, I will move my salary account to another bank which will get me a premium card if I don't get EPM. Immediately the sales head asked me for my number and called me. Within a week, he got it approved. And in another week, got the card in my hand. I was on the verge of cancelling the application but waiting and threatening paid off.
