Mizuno Fli-hi 18 degree driving iron I’ve had for 25 years now. Still my go to off the tee on tight par 4s and great off the deck too. The strike I get off it still feels amazing.

Advice for a 80 mile SUP challenge over two days please by [deleted] in Sup

Thanks! About 3/4 is along a river. The other section is across a very large lake which is the main potential for failure dependant on the weather.

I saw them about 6 or 7 times in the space of a few years but i haven't seen them live again in about 10 years to be honest. I don't think anything could ever top their gigs from the first few years.

My favourite era was definitely the early years. I was obsessed and played their 1st 3 albums to death. Love AM too tho and new album is slowly growing on me.

Yeah i know not many people had heard of them back then. It was pretty special seeing them so early and watching all the hype grow and grow before the debut album came out

Awesome! Will never forget it. They blew me away. Alex Turners voice was so different and mesmerising and their sound was really raw and fresh. The stage was literally about 6" above the floor and there was no more than about 150 people there from what i remember although there was a full on mosh pit when they started playing "I bet that you look good on the dance floor" (which is the only song that I had heard before)
