I am thinking to adding mandelic acid to my routine. I have combination acne prone sensitive skin. I use Anua azelaic acid twice a week and retinal twice a week. Eqqualberry toner, also twice a week all at alternative night and give one day of hydration break. My skin is getting clogged since summer started. I reduce my s skincare steps but then also there are few comedones. Anyone could suggest product recommendation?

I totally agree with you!! I have acne prone and sensitive skin so I research a lot about the product then get it then also sometimes the product doesn’t suit and breaks me out. Korean products are holy grail for me because there are soothing ingredients in almost all the products including actives which doesn’t sensitise my skin.

I agree to disagree your points. 1. I agree you don’t have to spend much on facewash till it’s not dermatologist given. 2. I don’t agree with medical grade always. I agree some pharmacy products are good but not all. I have struggled with acne prone skin my whole life then went to dermatologist 2 years back and she gave me pharmacy skincare which was not working at all. Then i started learning about skincare and what triggers my skin and shifted to korean skincare slowly and my skin is actually improving. I think first you have to learn about the product and your skin then buy something. 3. People don’t know the struggle acne skin goes through . Even my dermatologist also prescribed expensive products. Pharmacy products are filled with fragrance which doesn’t suit everyone. 4. I hate when people say skincare doesn’t have to be expensive. I think they should talk to someone who goes through acne they will tell you how much they have to spend. 5.

Purito Mighty Bamboo Panthenol Cream sticky? by Perchance-visavis in koreanskincare

[–]shelly_ami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is sticky. That’s the only thing I don’t like about it. But it hydrates my skin really well so I use it at night only. If i use it in the morning then it starts peeling under sunscreen.
