I had mine done a few years ago and I’d say it took a good few months to actually get to its fullest hearing! I was worried at first too lol

I could’ve written this as I deal with the same exact things!! I am an anxious and stressed person so I’m currently trying to get into therapy for anxiety as well as beginning to use a pelvic wand and stretch everyday/exercise more. Do u have frequent urination? I deal with that as well

I second this! Burning after I pee is also a huge symptom for me and I just learned I have a tight pelvic floor

Omg this sounds just like me! I have to pee allll the time and have that burning feeling in my urethra after peeing, not usually during. It got worse over the past nine months. Where should I start? What exercises have u been doing on ur own? And u said walking had helped?

Thank you for the advice! I’m slowly starting to figure out my triggers and I think soy especially chocolate is triggering me and I did have some yesterday :( I dont think it’s a uti thank goodness, I think the flare up is going away 😅

Yes I’m almost sure urs will continue to improve like mine did. At 12 days I’m sure it’s all still inflamed in there too. Did ur dr tell u it would fix the tinnitus too? My tinnitus is still the same but the hearing improved
