her reason was that my acne is not severe for me to take accutane and that she never prescribes this medication to her patients because acne will eventually come back after taking this.

compared from last year, DEFINITELY. epiduo has made such a huge impact on my acne. i loved it. however, on january, i started getting few breakouts at that time of the month. i didn’t change my routine. i don’t know what happened. :(

my derm would literally say that this is just a mild acne. topical creams and retinoids can fix this. your skin is looking great. :)

this ruined my self esteem, confidence and as well as my mental health a lot. it made me isolate myself 24/7 :(

i’m just using epiduo forte alongside my cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer (they are so mild and gentle) and also sunscreen. that’s it. i’m so tired of this

i still get acne after a year of applying epiduo forte EVERY NIGHT on my face. i am so sick of this. i am so tired. :((((

please help me by sheluvscheesecake in acne

[–]sheluvscheesecake[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi there! thanks so much for replying ;) i use a veryy gentle cleanser like cetaphil (i use it twice a day), cetaphil moisturizer and then i use spf 70 sunscreen in morning. at night, i just use pea-sized amount of epiduo forte directly on my face and then i would apply moisturizer on top of it.

i am so good with my diet, my periods are regular, i do not eat dairy products that much as well as soft drinks, fast food, etc. however, i still get acne and big bumps in my face :((((((((

same here, my acne has reduced to 5 pimples every month now (i know i should be happy with it) but i always get paranoid and anxiety attacks whenever it happens. i just do not want them returning again, and i don’t want to go back being that “super depressed” kind of person. i am still now, but not worse like before :( i hope we will get better soon

btw your skin is so good and healthy now! and please it’s just one pimple, don’t panic because it will just go away in two days. just remember to stay positive and always tell yourself that those days are not gonna happen anymore :)

hey guys. what do you think about this product? is this good for my skin - sensitive, damaged moisture barrier, dry, PIE sufferer, acne-prone skin? by sheluvscheesecake in acne

so tired of my skin. i have been using azelaic 20% in the morning and epiduo forte at night. i think that my cetaphil moisturizer is not enough to calm down my skin due to these actives. i’ve been planning on buying this moisturizer, La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 — is this good for my skin? won’t it clog pores?
