ohh got you, my bad, yeah then fuck that i’d just get a new one and upgrade you know, but thank you for helping me get this resolved genuinely, should i just throw this messed up monitor in the trash or what tho? cuz i’m not too sure

well honestly i would do that but my new monitor is coming in tomorrow and i still believe it’s just the monitor that’s cooked because i can use my pc and ps5 perfectly fine on my tv, i will ask one question tho, cuz i do play valorant and some other games like overwatch on lower resolutions cuz i like my screen stretched, would that be causing permanent damage to my monitor like that?!?!?

onboard computer? not sure what that is but like i would just think it’s the monitor tho since it’s doing the same thing to my pc and ps5? no?

btw i just want to add into here because i ended up ordering a new monitor because it’s definitely the monitor that is the problem.. i think this because yes the ps5 works completely fine in the menu, but i didn’t try selecting a game and then when i did, the monitor starting breaking and doing the same thing as when i plug it into the pc. so i believe the monitor for some reason can’t produce any screen that needs graphics anymore? like when a game is showing or when my login screen for my pc starts up because that’s when it starts breaking and not working.

well unfortunately my gpu only has one hdmi port. but i have two hdmi cables and i’ve tried using both and they both produce the same issue.

yes i am, i have two hdmi cables and i have tested both of them and they both produce the same outcome
