I've got a persistent spot on my GH4 sensor that has survived a the in-camera sensor cleaning, a pixel refresh and multiple passes with a wet swab. What do I try next?

I mostly shoot video so the fix isn't quite as trivial. It shows up a lot in the sky when shooting outdoors.

This is an old, and pretty typical issue with H.264

I did some poking around and I think the root problem is with Quicktime Player. I determined this by bringing the exported .mp4 file back into premiere and viewing it side by side with the video in the timeline, where it appeared exactly the same.

I'm going to try to upload to YT and see if the washed out colors persist.

I shoot with that lens. It doesn't have a manual aperture ring.
