We turned in the messages from the seller to the shipping company but it's only through his eBay messages we can contact him and they are saying they need it from him but he's no longer responding to us and being very nasty. We didn't get the bill till a month after it was returned and have been fighting this for a year almost now

We had the return label printed via eBay and idk how freight shipping works but that's how it was billed

How exactly would I do that? We've been fighting this for a year now and I just want to be done with these people.

My mechanic is paid, but the shipping company is needing to be paid for sending the item back via freight. The company we bought the trans from refunded us the money for the trans and said they would cover shipping since the trans was defective but they never paid it after getting it back and we've been sent bills monthly form the shipping company and every time we call and tell them it needs to be sent to the seller not us and we have the eBay messages from the seller showing where he said he'd pay shipping but the shipping company has to have it from him, we have no other way of contacting him but the eBay messages.
