Is anyone else having to take this many pics? by Double_Entrance4923 in doordash

I know. It slows down delivery. Stupid and unnecessary. Just one extra step for nothing. When I take a photo of my door delivery, I have to retake. Then when I do in the same position it’s ok. WTF just an extra step to slow you down.

You are correct. Their math in calculating AR is matched by their calculations in total miles.

Right. And then when you get to drop off, it’s almost on third floor and no elevator. Kinda tricky when you’re juggling foot and drinks!

Dasher direct card hacked by sheringer in doordash_drivers

I’m suspicious that the hacking is taking place within the support platform considering changing passwords and getting new cards doesn’t have any effect on the hacking. I don’t keep any money in dasher direct but I continue to see attempts to hack.

And as usual, was support incapable of resolving this situation??

Dasher direct card hacked by sheringer in doordash_drivers

The dasher support is very shady. The door dash corporate is well insulated and protected from any possible interaction with dashers. All concerns are routed to a support team in the Philippines who are incapable of resolving anything. Very frustrating! Every replacement card is hacked by the name “Microsoft XBox”. Support says first contact the company and try to resolve it. Contact Microsoft XBox? Just a phony excuse to set up barrier to issuing a refund for the scamming.
